Introduction
The IC-A120 is an updated version of the IC-A110 aviation mobile radio, which has added a Bluetooth module, optional Bluetooth function, freeing hands and facilitating control. The multi-function keys under the LCD implement menu-style programming and quick wake-up of common functions, combined with manual channel programming, etc., it is the first choice for aviation frequency mobile and fixed communication.

Implementation of Scanning
The IC-A120 has three scanning methods: VFO scanning; memory channel scanning; priority scanning.

  • VFO scanning is to scan the frequency within the working frequency band in order of the default step. When a signal is received, the scanning stops and the signal is received.
  • Regular stored channel scanning is to scan in order in the set existing stored channels. When a signal is received, the scanning is paused and the signal is received, and it can be transmitted on the current channel or the set priority channel to realize callbacks, etc.
  • Priority channel scanning is to look back at the set priority channel every time a stored channel is scanned, without losing important priority channel information.
